Twinner.Bot provides chatbots designed to facilitate initial communication between job candidates and recruiters prior to their first phone call. The Services are free for job candidates. Recruiters may utilize a pay-as-you-go system or choose from several subscription options detailed on our website.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Obligations

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration process.

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms when using our Services.

  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Consequences of Violation: Violation of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account and access to the Services, at our sole discretion.

5. Fees and Payment

For Recruiters:

  • Pay-As-You-Go: Fees are charged per use as specified on our pricing page.

  • Subscriptions: Various subscription plans are available, details of which are provided on our website.

  • Payment Terms: All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our fees upon reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Company Content: All materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

  • User Content: You retain ownership of all data and content you provide ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All data used to create models belongs to you, the user.

7.2 Data Protection

  • We implement reasonable and standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.3 No Sale of Personal Information

7.4 Limited Data Use

  • We do not mine your data for any purposes other than system improvements.

  • During this notice period, you will have the ability to download your data and delete your account from the system in advance.
